Closure of Walsh & Company

The firm of Walsh & Company closed on 30 September 2025. As a sole practitioner, the proprietor, Tom Walsh, has now retired after practising in Truro since 2002.

All original documents previously held on behalf of clients, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Title Deeds, have either been returned to clients or transferred to Penderlaw Solicitors, Truro, who will continue to store them on behalf of former clients of Walsh & Company.

Please note that in matters where we have been unable to obtain specific instruction with regards to ongoing storage and archiving of some files and documents on behalf of former clients, these will be stored by Penderlaw Solicitors as agents for Walsh and Company to enable them, if necessary, to contact former clients on my behalf or to respond to any subsequent enquiries. If any client does not wish their personal data to be retained by Penderlaw please contact me at Penderlaw and I shall require them to delete it.
