Penderlaw Business Continuity Plan
As government restrictions start to ease and we begin to emerge from the current lockdown, I am writing to let you know that we continue to do all we can to ensure that we maintain the quality of service that you would normally expect from Penderlaw, whilst taking into consideration the health of our employees and their families.
In line with advice from the government and Public Health England, we have given our staff the option to work from home and are now set up for the team to work remotely. We will therefore continue to be able to provide a full service to all our clients across all departments. Emails and phone calls will be responded to as soon as we possibly can but please bear with us if this takes slightly longer than normal.
Our service to clients
We are now able to offer face-to-face appointments, where deemed appropriate, with each case considered on an individual basis. All face-to-face appointments take place in a Covid-19 secure environment.
However, we also offer the following alternatives:
• Call us on our usual office number – 01872 241408. If the member of staff you wish to speak to is working from home, we will take a message and ask them to return your call.
