Penderlaw Business Continuity Plan
As the problems presented by the coronavirus continue to multiply, I am writing to let you know that we are doing all we can to ensure that we continue to maintain the quality of service that you would normally expect from Penderlaw, whilst taking into consideration the health of our employees and their families.
In line with advice from the government and Public Health England, we have given our staff the option to work from home and are now set up for the team to work remotely. We will therefore continue to be able to provide a full service to all our clients across all departments. Emails and phone calls will be responded to as soon as we possibly can but please bear with us if this takes slightly longer than normal.
Our service to clients
In accordance with government advice, we are no longer offering face-to-face appointments but will make alternative arrangements where necessary.
With this in mind, we can offer the following alternatives:
• Call us on our usual office number – 01872 241408. If the member of staff you wish to speak to is working from home, we will take a message and ask them to return your call.
• Email us, you can email any member of the team directly from our website by clicking the email address on their profile. Alternatively, our general enquiries email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
Should circumstances change, we will update this message and post information on our social media channels.
If you have any difficulties at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
