Claire moved to Cornwall in 1985 from Northamptonshire and has worked at Penderlaw since 1996 when she  joined the firm as a Litigation Executive. Claire is our longest serving member of staff. She changed to a new role in late 2025 to become our Compliance and Employee Relations Manager.

Claire, a former fitness instructor, enjoys running, pilot gig rowing, skiing and generally keeping herself fit. She can be found walking her dog on many of Cornwall’s beaches particularly during the Poldark filming season for a spell of Aiden-Turner-spotting.
