Disputes & Litigation

Our experienced disputes and litigation team deal with a range of matters including land and agricultural disputes, property disputes (including property fraud), landlord and tenant disputes, Will and inheritance disputes (contentious probate) and professional negligence.

Disputes and litigation often start small but can quickly snowball into something unmanageable which becomes the sole focus of your day-to-day life.

At Penderlaw we will not underestimate the effect a dispute may have. Our experienced and dedicated team will work hard to manage your dispute as smoothly as possible to achieve the best outcome for you.

It is possible that your claim may be suitable for funding by way of a conditional fee agreement (otherwise known as ‘no win, no fee’). We would be more than happy to discuss whether this type of agreement is possible during our initial meeting. However, unfortunately we are unable to offer Legal Aid.

Whatever your dispute, Penderlaw offer fast, professional and cost-effective advice.
