As part of our Elderly Client Services we are  able to offer home visits if required and can liaise with relevant medical professionals if necessary.

Advice on protecting assets from care home fees

Whether you need help with making a Will, setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney, our experienced team can help with high quality Elderly Client Services.

We are also able to offer general advice and help regarding issues around  protecting a home and other assets from care home fees.

Key Stages of Elderly Client Advice

  • Reviewing your current documents and circumstances;
  • Advising you on your Will and wider Estate planning; and
  • Preparing a letter of advice and /or any documents required in light of our advice.

Timescales

Typically a letter of advice can be provided within 2-3 weeks, and we can advise on timescales of any other documentation required once the scope of work has become clear.
