Sara joined Penderlaw in 2012 as an Accounts Apprentice and has built her career with the Firm ever since. Over more than a decade, she has developed extensive knowledge of the legal sector and the operational, financial and regulatory requirements of supporting the management of a successful law firm. In 2020, she was appointed Practice Manager, where she plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the business.

Sara has continued to invest in her own professional development alongside her role. She has recently been awarded a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Responsible Business Management through the University of Exeter and is completing the final stage of her Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, with her End-Point Assessment due later this year.

Sara is committed to helping people reach their potential by creating opportunities, recognising individual strengths and valuing diverse perspectives. She finds great satisfaction in seeing her colleagues grow and succeed while contributing to the Firm’s continued success.

Away from the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, often exploring the coast together.
