When a relationship breaks down, whether you are married or not, agreeing arrangements concerning custody for any children involved is often one of the most emotive elements to be resolved.

We can help with a range of concerns around child arrangements (child custody) including access, where the child/children will live and where they will go to school.

We can also act on behalf of other family members such as grandparents.
