Chartered Legal Executive in Property

Sam was born and raised in Cornwall and studied Law at Cardiff University. Shortly after graduating in 2011, Samantha joined Penderlaw and works as a Chartered Legal Executive in the Property department undertaking all aspects of property transactions with a particular interest in commercial matters and high value transactions.

Outside of work, Sam lives in the countryside with her husband, young family and, as a true animal lover, her cocker spaniel and rescue cat. Sam is also a keen cook and baker and enjoys home improvements and crafting in her spare time.
